EXPERIENCE

Kaitlin grew up as an all-star swimmer in Pittsburg, PA where she really made a splash in the swimming world at a young age. After setting multiple school records and competing in the Olympic Trials in her events, she went on to swim at both University of Tennessee and then transferred to Washington & Jefferson College, a DIII program!
Kaitlin brings a lot to the FFT clinics, as a D1 and D3 competitive swimmer. She is exceptional at helping with insight between the different divisions as well as offer guidance and assistance with stroke technique and race strategy.
“Swimming has taught me many life lessons in and out of the pool. The time management, work ethic, and discipline that I’ve learned from swimming are things I’ll never take for granted. These traits have helped me become successful in all areas of life. Giving back to the sport is something that’s very important to me,” shares Kaitlin.
As a Breaststroker and IMer, Kaitlin specializes in not only short axis strokes but also in the transition and race strategy between all 4 strokes! She has excellent and efficient turns that have helped her minimize drag and loss of momentum throughout her races.
Kaitlin has a very keen eye to detail and is always excited for opportunities to share a different perspective in the water when it comes to IM!
