From the Clinician

Making Swimming Fun & Rewarding

I believe swimming should be fun, rewarding, and something athletes truly enjoy doing every day. My goal is to create a positive environment where swimmers feel confident, challenged, and excited to improve every time they get in the water.

Breaking Down Technique

I love helping swimmers understand the small technical details that create speed and efficiency. My approach is all about breaking complex movements into simple, actionable steps that swimmers can immediately apply in practice and racing.

Attack Every Opportunity

One of the biggest lessons swimming has taught me is to attack every opportunity like it’s the only one you’ll have. That mindset helped shape my career, and I encourage every swimmer to embrace challenges, work hard, and enjoy the journey along the way.
